This interview of Lance Wallnau analyzes this election from a Christian perspective. I love his logic and I love the sense of peace I have after watching and really listening to what he has to say!
I truly believe MY higher power is at work here. Taking the unlikely “sinner” to restore spirit in America and get us back on track, away from *victim* labels, segregation, divisiveness, lies and corruption that we have been forcefully fed with the intent to empower the evil that’s sole motive is to control us and give them more power over us.
Donald Trump is the “unlikely sinner” and as much as I personally see how so many of US are changing to become more energized with hope and promise of a greater America, I also see how God is working on Mr. Trump with an undeniable humbleness, appreciation and respect for the Americans he would have NEVER known or met otherwise.
With ALL the challenges Trump has faced, conquered and overcome, I really believe we are witnessing a modern day story of Ezekiel and the valley of bones and even a David and Goliath story. Most people are somewhat familiar with the story of David and Goliath, but many are unfamiliar with Ezekiel that to me, seems most relevant to our election this year.
In case you’re not familiar with the story of Ezekiel and the Valley of Bones…
The story centers around the prophet Ezekiel. God took Ezekiel and showed him a valley that was filled with dry bones. Bones were scattered all around and there was no life in them. God spoke to Ezekiel and asked him, “Can these bones live again?”
Ezekiel didn’t know what to say. “O LORD,” he said, “only you know the answer to that.”
Then God spoke to Ezekiel and said, “Speak to these bones and say to them, ‘Dry bones, listen to the word of the LORD! This is what the LORD says: Look! I am going to put flesh and muscles on you and cover you with skin. I will put breath into you and you will come to life.‘”
Ezekiel spoke the message just as God told him. As he spoke, there was a rattling noise across the valley as the bones came together and formed complete skeletons. Then muscles and flesh formed over the bones and skin covered their bodies. Finally, the winds came and filled the bodies with breath and they came ALIVE! Spirit was restored and the people would settle in their OWN land.
We ARE the valley of dry bones and with God’s promise, we WILL live and thrive again.
