Hillary Clinton Keeps Score and Returns Favors – Tim Kaine Exhibit A

Hillary Clinton and Tim Kaine - 8 years in the making

I realize this has been featured on Snopes.com, but over the last several months, I have come to rely on Snopes for the real truth versus the truth as it pertains to liberal politcs. I do state in this article that it is a hypothetical, and invite you to do your own research. When I conducted my own research, I found that if it walks like a duck and talks like a duck… Well, you know…So with that in mind, here we go…

When Hillary ran her presidential campaign back in 2008, the campaign co-chair was Debbie Wasserman Schultz.

Let's say, hypothetically, that after losing to Obama, Hillary Clinton wanted to ensure her own nomination in 2016. What better way to lock it down than by having her campaign co-chair lead the Democratic party?

In order to make this happen, Hillary would have to compel the current chair to step down AND for him to recommend Debbie Wasserman Schultz assume the position and lead the Democratic party as the chair.

How could she possibly influence a person enough to make them step down from such a high-paid position and without a plan for income to support their family? A decision that would result in a two-year sabbatical from politics before being elected back into office of some sort.

Naturally there would have to be a very enticing offer for someone to make a decision of that magnitude. Right?

In 2011, the chairman of the DNC did just that! Tim Kaine stepped down, recommended Debbie Wasserman Schultz for the position, and disappeared for nearly 2-years from the political scene.

What could have possibly been in this for him?

Tim Kaine being selected as the Vice Presidential Nominee is not a coincidence folks. It's all a part of Hillary Clinton's political game! She is absolutely the BIGGEST “pay-for-play” candidate we have ever known!

Fast Forward to July 2016:

Just as the Democratic National Convention was about to get underway, Debbie Wasserman Schultz, chairwoman of the DNC, abruptly resigned after a trove of leaked emails showed party officials conspiring to sabotage the campaign of Senator Bernie Sanders of Vermont.

Later that very day, the Clinton Campaign released this statement:

“I want to thank my longtime friend Debbie Wasserman Schultz for her leadership of the Democratic National Committee over the past five years. I am grateful to Debbie for getting the Democratic Party to this year’s historic convention in Philadelphia, and I know that this week’s events will be a success thanks to her hard work and leadership. There’s simply no one better at taking the fight to the Republicans than Debbie–which is why I am glad that she has agreed to serve as honorary chair of my campaign’s 50-state program to gain ground and elect Democrats in every part of the country, and will continue to serve as a surrogate for my campaign nationally, in Florida, and in other key states. I look forward to campaigning with Debbie in Florida and helping her in her re-election bid–because as President, I will need fighters like Debbie in Congress who are ready on day one to get to work for the American people.”

Obviously Little Debbie had done her job well and even though she was caught red-handed rigging the election – Hillary had kept score and was repaying the favor placing Debbie right back in the same position she held back in 2008.

How can anyone NOT see what’s going on? HOW?

Imagine all the conspiring and sabotaging going on behind the scenes, the stuff we can’t see.

I too am a strong supporter of Donald Trump. However, (knowing many Hillary Supporters) please read Snopes.com to see if stories are creditable.

I regularly follow your column and forward on to my democratic friends. But when they see a story such as this, they chalk it up to republican lies. It has been refuted and leaves a sour taste in the ‘on the fencers’ minds.

    Keep up the good work!

Robin, that’s why I pointed out that I had checked dates and various other information and found all the information coincides with this theory. Certainly it can’t be proven, at least not at the moment, perhaps there’s something supportive in the upcoming DNCLeaks.
Regardless, if it walks like a duck, talks like a duck, it very well could be a duck. This information, again, dates and jobs of both DWS and Kaine, certainly give the impression that we are looking at a duck!
Wikipedia is a great resource for checking the dates and jobs of both. As for Snopes, it’s sometimes reliable, but it has been called out several times for sugar-coating some things because it is very left-leaning.

I did just read through the full Snopes report and they say somewhat the same thing about dates and job changes giving the appearance of a deal. They also indicate the story is a mix because every part of this story can’t be verified.
I stand behind my own conclusion that it looks a lot like a duck 🙂

I used to use Snopes a lot when it came to verifying questionable topics floating around the internet. Today, not so much.

Snopes is a good starting point to gather the “ideas” for the story, but I always take that information and do more research to verify. I just don’t trust them too much anymore.
