Match.com & American Heart Association: Men Healthier In A Relationship

Being in a relationship is good for your heart in more ways than one, according to a new consumer survey conducted by the American Heart Association. The survey of 1,000 adults found that women improve their male counterpart's heart health when it comes to eating, having more sex and making healthier decisions. Keys to a lasting relationship

In a recent study, entitled "What's Love Got to Do With It," nearly 2,500 couples were tracked. Couples that were either married or living together. From 2001 to 2007 factors associated with those who remained together compared with those who divorced or separated were identified.
