I’ve watched the video SEVERAL times, from several angles and what I see is a journalist getting too close to a man, Mr. Trump, who is obviously in a hurry to get to his next engagement.
I see his campaign manager, Corey Lewandowski, grabbing that journalists UPPER ARM and pulling her back.
BIG DEAL!
Years ago, I used to go to the Indianapolis Motor Speedway for every Indy 500 and Brickyard 400. You could find me there several days leading up to the race. I had some great connections that would get me into the hauler area, the pits, and the garage area. On race day, I could be found hanging out with celebrities like Brooks and Dunn, Bon Jovi and many others.
One time, while in the hauler area, I was gathering autographs on my program for my boys, like I did the many years I would go. One time, I managed to get sucked into a crowd that had gathered around Tony Stewart. The crowd was very aggressive and was moving FAST! I got shoved and pushed to the point that I was in Stewart’s personal space. It was not appropriate, and although it was not my fault really, it WAS my fault for allowing myself to get sucked into that particular crowd of fans.
Someone from security grabbed my arm and pulled me back and away from Stewart. Yes it was
harsh. Yes, it hurt a bit, but did I file charges? NO!
My ego was a bit bruised. I was a bit embarrassed, but I certainly understood that I had managed to make my way into a space that was not appropriate and must have been uncomfortable for someone who was constantly hounded by fans.
I can only imagine what it must be like for Donald Trump – constantly surrounded by reporters, many of whom would rather get something negative on him.
Granted, he has chosen to put himself in the position of running for the greatest office in the United States, but still, he has HIS space and that space MUST be respected.
The complaint by Michelle Fields and the photos that are being shown of the “bruising” show the bruises to be located on her LOWER arm. All recordings of this particular event show that Corey grabbed her upper arm.
The last time I checked, bruising doesn’t happen that way.
I call bullshit on the claim and think it’s just one more attempt to smear Donald Trump and his entire campaign hoping this will be the smear that sticks.

Those who are loyal to Donald Trump are fiercely loyal and it’s going to take more than a 2-bit journalist making false claims to change my position. I’m sure many others feel the same way!

These charges are politically motivated and Fields is simply upset that she wasn’t treated like a princess. The charges are not going to go anywhere. Like Trump said, no big deal.
I agree. I think she got her feelings hurt, her ego bruised (not her arm) and was hell-bent on getting revenge.
